From both holiday home areas you are a short distance from Sondrup Strand, a small oasis by Horsens Fjord. The beach has a jetty from which you can go for a dip in the lovely water. The castle park is worth a visit re­gard­less the time of year. The charming village is sur­ro­un­ded by forests and coast­li­nes, the perfect in­vi­ta­tion to go cycling and hiking. Here you can explore the wildlife and flora of the area. While out, you may come across Tranekær Castle Mill that bear witness to the rich history of the area and the agri­cul­tu­ral tra­di­tions of Langeland.
