The region is home to scenic areas with various establis­hed trails. Here you can go for walks along the coast and the green sur­ro­un­dings. From Bøjden you can jump on a ferry headed for Als. So if you need a break from paradise on Southern Funen, you can easily take a full-day excursion to the fields of Southern Jutland.

Faxe Kalkbrud is close by, and with its fa­sci­nat­ing colours and shapes it is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit.
