Welcoming holiday homes in Denmark

Off the east coast of Jutland you will find the islands of Tunø, Endelave and Hjarnø. Tunø and Endelave are known for their scenic sur­ro­un­dings with hiking trails that guide you through varied terrain with dense forests, open landsca­pes and coast­li­nes as far as the eye can see. Here you can explore the local plant and wildlife. Hjarnø is closer to the mainland and is a testament to the Viking Age, when the island was once home to the old Nordic seafarers. On Hindsholm, you will, among other things, find Viby, one of the best preserved villages in Denmark. Lyngså is a historic agro-town dating back to the 14th century. The small agro-town has just under 300 citizens and it oozes tranqui­li­ty, rural bliss and a sense that everybody knows everybody. You will quickly sense the historic heart and soul with the main street fringed by the many farms of the town. Farms that back in the day served to form the original borders of the town. As a result, you will ex­pe­ri­en­ce a piece of Danish history up close – and even become a part of it – when choosing Lyngså as your next holiday desti­na­tion. In addition to its rich history, the small agro-town features green sur­ro­un­dings and the loveliest white beach.

Snogebæk is located on the southern coast of Bornholm with beautiful Balka Beach and Dueodde as its closest neig­h­bours—some of the island’s best beaches. The town has plenty to offer, including a smo­ke­hou­se where you can sit down and enjoy a meal or buy fresh produce to bring home. You can also visit the cosy shops, which sell local arts and crafts and de­li­ca­cies, or take a stroll along in the harbour to see colourful fishing boats.
