As a quiet and idyllic haven, Lodberg Hede is located between Stadil Fjord, West Stadil Fjord and the North Sea, The en­viron­ment around the fjords, with small natural harbours, jetties and fire pits creates a special at­mosp­he­re. On one of the most beautiful coasts in Denmark, north of Mid­del­fart, you will find the summer land area of Vejlby Fed. Near Vejlby Fed, you have some of the best beaches in the area – ideal for sun­bat­hing, splashing around and water sports. The nature in the area is something quite unique, with its steep sho­re­li­nes, dense beech forests and open coves. These sur­ro­un­dings are an in­vi­ta­tion to long walks, expl­ora­tion on a bicycle as well as relaxing and tranquil fishing. From Vejlby Fed, you can drive to Mid­del­fart in under 20 minutes. Go on an excursion to the historic town, featuring old well-preserved buildings, local shops, art galleries and a number of cafés and eateries.

North of Ker­te­min­de, you have the Hindsholm peninsula with its coast­li­nes spora­di­cal­ly changing between sandy beaches and cliff ledges. From here, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the most beautiful landscape with its rolling hills, luxuriant forests and pleasant small villages. On Hindsholm, you will, among other things, find Viby, one of the best preserved villages in Denmark. You will quickly fall for the charm of the small village with its well-main­tai­ned half-timbered houses lining the winding roads. Here you can delve into the local town history. Hindsholm also offers mag­ni­fi­cent nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces with the op­portu­ni­ty for hiking and bird watching.

Tommerup is a lovely railway town located in the heart of Funen. Here you can enjoy the sight of green hillsca­pes – and you can even gambol on them yourself. The area is perfect for hiking and cycling trips where you can explore the scenic trails in the area leading to luxuriant forests and sur­ro­un­dings full of nature. The lovely railway town is not far from Odense city centre so you have all the at­tra­ctions and cultural gems of the city within easy reach. Here you can visit H.C.
