Nordsjælland_Rågeleje-Gilleleje_Rågeleje

Rågeleje

Rågeleje is truly special. It is where dramatic dune landscapes, incredible plains and endless white sandy beaches meet. The coastline rises majestically above the water level, forming a picturesque landscape adorned by candy-striped bathing huts conveniently located along the beach – one of the town’s landmarks. Close to Rågeleje is the protected nature area Heatherhill, ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. Here you can really sense how the passage of time has shaped the landscape. If you continue west, you will reach Tisvildeleje, which offers a wealth of eateries and lively atmosphere.
Fyn & øer_Odense_Marslev

Marslev

In the middle of the Eastern Funen, you will find the small town of Marslev oozing genuine village bliss. The area is surrounded by luxuriant fields, small forests and open countryside. In Marslev, you can delve into the charm of the small local community, explore the nearby established nature trails or visit the historic churches in the area. For example, you can visit the village church in the town dating back to the Middle Ages and known for its many architectural details. The metropolis on Funen, Odense, is just under 10 km away so you have all the attractions of the city within reach.
Familie bader ved Tornby Strand

Tornby Strand

Whether you prefer an active holiday, relaxation or explorations, you will have it all here at Tornby Strand. With its high dunes and clear water, the wide sandy beach is a true Mecca for water lovers and sand castle enthusiasts. And with its excellent wind conditions, the beach also offers the ideal setting for windsurfing, kite flying and other water sports activities with the open sea as your playground. Not far from the beach, you will find Tornby Klitplantage (dune plantation), today a protected area where you can experience scenic surroundings with rich wildlife and flora as well as several historic attractions.
Østjylland_Odderkysten_Mariendal Strand

Mariendal Strand

South of Aarhus you will find the holiday home area, Mariendal Strand. Near the area is the beach, which is surrounded by natural surroundings and has a cosy fire pit. Here you can enjoy views of Aarhus Bay while roasting marshmallows over an open fire with your feet planted in the fine sand. If you like biking, you can cycle towards Aarhus to the forests of Moesgaard and Marselisborg, which stretch all the way down to the coast. And when visiting this area, you might want to visit the Moesgaard Museum, which has several exhibitions of archaeological finds, including the Grauballe Man, who - probably - is the world’s most well-preserved bog body.
