Skellet is a charming summer land area on the south coast of the Limfjord. If you need a short break from nature, you can reach the centre of Aalborg in less than 30 minutes and enjoy the vibrant city life and shopping op­portu­ni­ties of the capital of Northern Jutland.

The old market town of Aakirkeby is located in the southern part of Bornholm, an ideal location for the island’s beaches. Here, you will find stunning Dueodde with its white, sandy beaches winding as far as the eye can see, but Balka Beach and Boderne also rank among Bornholm’s best beaches. Aakirkeby offers hi­sto­ri­cal buildings, museums, and cultural at­tra­ctions. If you move towards the middle of the island, you will get to Al­min­din­gen, Denmark’s fifth-largest forest. Spend several hours exploring the terrain and the hi­sto­ri­cal and cultural sights here, such as Ryt­ter­k­næg­ten and Ekkodalen.
