Limfjorden_Limfjord Sydvest_Toftum Bjerge

Toftum Bjerge

Toftum Bjerge offers one of the Limfjord’s most stunning coastlines, rising over 50 metres from the fjord with a view that attracts paragliders from all over the world. The popular holiday home area in the Struer region is known for its wide, child-friendly beach. Although reaching the beach requires a descent down a long flight of stairs, ice cream awaits at the bottom! Toftum Bjerge’s impressive nature and spectacular panoramas make the area an exciting choice for families who love the outdoors, as well as adventurous guests who want to experience the beauty of the fjord from a unique perspective.

Bagenkop

Located on the southern tip of Langeland, the pleasant holiday village of Bagenkop is home to one of the best beaches on the island where you can soak up the sun and swim in the clear water. Previously, Bagenkop was a busy ferry town and you can still get that feeling when you take a walk along the harbour that overlooks the small well-preserved fishermen cottages. From the quay, you can enjoy the sight of the colourful fishing boats and meet the local fishermen hauling in the catch of the day. You can also put on your hiking boots and experience the wild horses grazing at Dovns Klint; and if you are lucky, you might spot a porpoise or two in the green surroundings.
Hyggekrog ved stranden ved Sejerø Bugt - Lyngområderne

Sejerø Bugt

With several child-friendly sandy beaches stretching from Vig Lyng to Stenstrup Lyng, and exciting excursions, Sejerø Bugt is known to be a true gem for families with children. Dive into history by visiting the megalithic tomb in Stenstrup, a well-preserved tomb from ancient times, or explore the unique sand reefs of the Korevler, where you might see grazing Galloway cattle. The area also offers wonderful music experiences and local eateries, especially during the summer months. For a complete festival experience, plan to visit during the Vig Festival in July.
Sydvestsjælland_Vestsjælland_Reersø

Reersø

Reersø is a small seaport on the peninsula of the same name, located on Northwest Zealand. The small seaport is charming and idyllic. Here you will find one half-timbered house after another along the town’s country roads. The houses are very well preserved, and several of them date back to the 1600s. In addition to the historic charm of the town, you can also explore the lush natural surroundings in these parts of Zealand. Along the coast, you can enjoy the view of the Great Belt, and try your luck with a fishing rod. Reersø is less than a 30-minute drive from Kalundborg.
