When ho­li­daying in a summer cottage at Fyns Hoved, you will be close to the specta­cu­lar nature of Funen. The area is a draw for nature ent­hu­si­asts wanting to explore the special wildlife and flora that is unfolding here on the most northern tip of Hindsholm. This also makes Kan­de­ste­der­ne the perfect place for long walks and sun­bat­hing. Near Kan­de­ste­der­ne, you will find the im­pres­si­ve natural pheno­menon Råbjerg Mile, among the largest shifting dunes in Europe which is why it draws Danish and foreign ho­li­day­ma­kers alike. From Kan­de­ste­der­ne, you also have direct access to Skiveren Strand, a true paradise for kite surfers and nature ent­hu­si­asts. The wide beach is sur­ro­un­ded by dunes and has been awarded the Blue Flag cer­ti­fi­ca­tion.

Følle Strand is a charming holiday area on Djursland near Kalø Vig. Here you can enjoy life on the south-facing sandy beach with its shallow waters. The beach provides the perfect setting, espe­ci­al­ly for young ho­li­day­ma­kers who want to play on the water’s edge. From the beach, you can also enjoy the view of Mols and its mag­ni­fi­cent nature. In Følle Strand you are close to several hi­sto­ri­cal sights. Just 15 minutes by car, is the medieval castle ruin, Kalø Slotsruin, a 700-year-old fortress. Here you can follow the cobbled paths and enjoy nature and the hi­sto­ri­cal sur­ro­un­dings.
