On the northern coast of the Kattegat lies cosy Vejby. With a fantastic beach and beautiful nature on your doorstep and several cosy towns, harbours and excursion desti­na­tions close by, you have eve­ryt­hing you need for a wonderful holiday home break. Trol­de­sko­ven, Tisvilde Hegn, He­at­her­hill and Asserbo Plantage are just some of the beautiful natural areas nearby. Here you can find plenty of excellent cycling and hiking routes. In addition to Vejby Beach, you have Tisvilde Beach, Liseleje Beach and Rågeleje Beach close by, and the cosy towns also offer plenty of eateries, shops and pubs.

On the southern part of Ærø, you will find the small village of Dunkær. Here you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce quiet nature and real rural bliss. The small winding roads are lined by homely cottages side by side, adorning the co­un­trysi­de. And in the town, you will also find Dunkær Mill that bear witness to the history of the village and the active agri­cul­tu­re of former times. Just 4 km from the village, you have Risemark Strand on the southern coast of Ærø for you to enjoy a sandy beach and lapping waves. The beach is extremely child-friendly with its shallow water and it should be noted that the beach has a de­sig­na­ted area for naturists.

Røsnæs is a 5 km long peninsula located on the west coast of Zealand. It is sur­ro­un­ded by fa­sci­nat­ing landsca­pes of open coasts, rolling hilltops and dense forests. You can hike the coastal paths, enjoy the sea views and explore nearby forest areas. Don’t forget to visit Røsnæs Ligh­t­hou­se for panoramic views of land and water. You can also learn more about the history of the area on this small peninsula. Stop by the old, well-preserved mill, Ulstrup Mill, or discover Røsnæs Church, which is located on a hilltop over­look­ing Ka­lund­borg Fjord.
