In the middle of Thy National Park, you will find the village of Stenbjerg. This is not just any smo­ke­hou­se but the last one left on Bornholm, where the smoking takes place in the tra­di­tio­nal, old-fashioned way using alder firewood in open chimneys. In the centre of Hasle, you will find a cultural house where you can see exhi­bi­tions, local arts and crafts, and more. Southern Als offers plenty of scenic nature areas. You can visit the Kegnæs peninsula, which is connected to Als via a spit of land. In summer, you can enjoy the view from the top of Kegnæs Ligh­t­hou­se (Kegnæs Fyr) – and if the weather is clear, you can see all the way to Germany and the South Funen ar­chipela­go.
