Hindsholm

North of Kerteminde, you have the Hindsholm peninsula with its coastlines sporadically changing between sandy beaches and cliff ledges. From here, you can experience the most beautiful landscape with its rolling hills, luxuriant forests and pleasant small villages. On Hindsholm, you will, among other things, find Viby, one of the best preserved villages in Denmark. You will quickly fall for the charm of the small village with its well-maintained half-timbered houses lining the winding roads. Here you can delve into the local town history. Hindsholm also offers magnificent nature experiences with the opportunity for hiking and bird watching.

Næs-Skarverup Strand

Næs and Skaverup are located below Avnø Fjord. Two scenic gems side by side at the water’s edge with stunning views up through the fjord. Take a holiday home break immersed in nature, with diverse wildlife and varied terrain. The landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling through fields, forests and along the beaches. You can also explore the area from the water, for example in a kayak, or see it all from above if you climb the impressive Gåsetårn (Goose Tower). Vordingborg is just a few kilometres away, a city rich in historic buildings, urban life, shops and cultural attractions.
Sydøstjylland Als Sydals

Sydals

If you enjoy lush natural scenery and beautiful beaches, southern Als is worth a visit. You will find water no matter where you look, as well as child-friendly sandy beaches and wonderful holiday homes where you can relax with the family. Southern Als offers plenty of scenic nature areas. You can visit the Kegnæs peninsula, which is connected to Als via a spit of land. In summer, you can enjoy the view from the top of Kegnæs Lighthouse (Kegnæs Fyr) – and if the weather is clear, you can see all the way to Germany and the South Funen archipelago.
Gågaden i Fredericia

Fredericia

North of Kolding, where the Little Belt narrows and bridges connect Jutland and Funen, you will find Fredericia. A historic hub with plenty of cultural offerings. The city’s signature attraction, Fredericia Rampart, is among Europe’s largest preserved fortresses and offers fascinating city walks that bring the city’s military history to life. Go whale watching on the Little Belt or visit the Madsbyparken park with the family – a free excursion spot with lots of fun and play. In the city centre a lively pedestrian street awaits with shopping options ranging from local specialities to international shops.
