Your personal information
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us through the web page, you have to register with the following personal information:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address

Registration of personal information
We only register your personal information to be able to send confirmation and tenancy agreement to you. The personal information will be registered with Feriepartner Denmark and will be kept for 5 years, after which the information will be deleted. When we gather personal information through our web page, we will inform you of precisely the information we will be gathering and why.

Only the specific holiday home agency where you order your holiday home has access to the information that is registered about you. We do not keep and transmit customer information encrypted.

Information will not be passed on
The information given to Feriepartner will not be passed on or sold to any third party, and we do not register sensitive information.

The Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data
When you are registered at Feriepartner Denmark, you can always object to the registration. You also have a right to get insight into the information registered about you. The Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data provides you with these rights.

Cookies
A cookie describes the fact that a user’s behaviour on a network is registered with the user (on the user’s harddisk). In this way, the server can recognise the user at the next visit.

Information that can be attributed to a specific person is not stored in a cookie, but rather information about the user’s behaviour on a web page. A cookie is stored on the user’s harddisk along with cached files. Thus, a cookie is a text file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s harddisk. You can set your browser to inform you when you receive a cookie, or you can choose to switch off cookies entirely.
