This lovely holiday house invites to activities and ”hygge”. Only 10 minutes from one of the totally fantastic sandy beaches in the area.
Interior
The house contains a lovely reception room, where you really feel the unique and excellent atmosphere. Here you can play a game of cards or read a good book, while the fire is crackling in the wood burner, and from the reception room you have access to the big loft bed in the house. The beautiful kitchen is spacious enough for everybody to assist preparing a good lunch. Nice bathroom with shower and two good bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. In the adjoining annex you have a double bed plus a single bed as well as access to a toilet. On the sunny terrace you can barbecue, have a cosy time or what about a nice glass of wine, while the children are playing in the garden, where you also have a small orangery.
And do not forget to turn on the lovely wilderness hot tub and enjoy a glass of bubbles while you are star-gazing. Remember to bring your own firewood.
Location / the area
The holiday house is located right on the boundary to Rørvig and within walking distance to one of Odsherred’s best sandy beaches. If you like the beach, walks and bicycle trips, this location is perfect. Remember to visit Rørvig Harbour about 10 min. from the house, where you have the possibility to buy fresh fish from the fishmonger and watch the small ferry putting in, while the children are trying to catch a crab and maybe get some good hints from the nature guide in the green house. In Nykøbing Sj. you can experience the genuine holiday atmosphere on the pedestrian street with restaurants, entertainment, theatre and various independent shops. But a visit to some of the many local artists with their galleries and studios in the harbour area is certainly also recommendable.
