Holiday home only 50 m from the beach
Lovely cottage located in Kristiansminde about 8km from Otterup whit opportunities for shopping and dining. The house is in 2 levels and contains in ground floor, an entrance hall with access to 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and entrance to the open kitchen with dining room, a small living room and conservatory. From the living room there are stairs to the first floor, where there are 2 beds beside the stairs. From the hallway there’s also access to a room with closets and one bed and a bathroom. There is a large garden to the house including trampoline, fireplace and swing and only about 50 m to the water. The washing maschine is in an old basemant, wich is not restored at all.
The area
Kristiansminde is a calm holiday home area located right next to Hasmark Strand. The area is located 11 km north of Otterup where you find a small walking street with many shops and restaurants and a nice atmosphere. The camping site Hasmark Camping is about 5 km away with aquapark, wellness centre and restaurant.Odense is the largest town on Funen and is only 20 km away with many exciting sights. Join a nice boat trip on the river Odense Å from the city centre to the zoo or visit the House of Hans Christian Andersen.
