Nice and updated wooden holiday home located with a nice view across the Limfjord only 100 m away from the Limfjord in an idyllic holiday home area south of the town Glyngøre. The house was updated in 2009 in a modern Scandinavian style and includes a modernly decorated living room with woodburning stove and open kitchen. The living room is in open connection with the dining room with large panorama windows and a view towards the Limfjord. From the dining room there is access to the terrace and the plot. 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and underfloor-heating. There is an energy-saving heat pump in the house.
The area
The area is very idyllic with a beautiful nature and invites to outdoor life all year. If you bring a kajak, you can discover the nature from the water or you can take long walks along the walking paths and enjoy the beautiful nature. Besides, there are a lot of attractions within short distance such as the fun park Jesperhus Blomsterpark, the castle Spøttrup Borg or the open air museum Hjerl Hede. Also Højris Castle and the Harre Vig golf club which counts among Denmark´s most beautiful ones, are located in the area. The town Nykøbing/Mors is also worth a visit with the nice walking street.
