Nice kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, range hood and a dishwasher. Large bright living room, cozy furnished including TV with Danish, Nordic and German channels, stereo with CD player, DVD player and fireplace. Furthermore, access to wireless internet. Two good bathrooms, one with bath.
2 rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and a room with a good sofa bed. For the children, there's high chair, crib, swings and sandbox.
A really nice house suitable for two families, situated in quiet and child-friendly surroundings only 350 mtr. from Boennerup Beach and the beautiful marina with several activities.
Location
The area is a very popular area for anglers, and here you can fish from piers or from the shore or you can choose one of the Put & Take lakes. The house is located about a half hour drive from the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and about ½ hour drive from Djurs Sommerland and Lübker Golf Resort and an hour's drive from Randers Rainforest
