With a wonderful location in a beautiful area, close to the beach, you’ll find this well-maintained cottage situated on a lovely plot. The house includes a living room with television (Danish channels incl. TV2), DVD player, radio with CD player and a fireplace. From here, exit to large patio area with garden furniture. Cozy kitchen with hob, oven, extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Large bathroom with spa bath, sauna and washing machine. In addition, a guest toilet. Two bedrooms with doublebeds and two bedrooms with twin beds. For the children, there is both a high chair and cot.
The Area
The house is situated in a popular and child friendly area, close to a good beach not far from Ebeltoft Marina and Ebeltoft City and its many exciting activities. Among other things the Frigate Jutland, the Old Town Hall, the Glass Museum and Ree Park. About half an hour's drive to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and an hour from Djurs Sommerland and Randers Rainforest. In the area there are also good opportunities for fishing and windsurfing.
