The house contains a well-furnished living room with wood stove and heat pump and where there is access to a partially covered terrace. In connection with the living room is the functional kitchen with dishwasher and from here there is access to small morning terrace. The house has three bedrooms, including a double room, a room with a bunk bed and a room with a single bed. The house's last double bed can be found in the integrated annex. Nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is internet in the house. The house has a former garage, where there is an extra refrigerator, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The house is located close to house 8415.
It is possible to watch your own TV and streaming services via the house's Chromecast/Apple TV and your own mobile/tablet.
Outdoor
The house has a couple of beautiful terraces, one of which is partially covered and with garden furniture, grill and fire pit. From here there is the most beautiful view of the landscape and sea view to the water and Mols Bjerge. From the terraces of the house it is possible to enjoy both the morning and the evening sun. The house is located on a sloping plot with a large lawn area, which invites to play. Here they have also thought of the small holiday guests with several swings and a playhouse with toys.
Location
The area around Øer, is a cozy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy beach. However, in some places the beach can be a mixture of rocks and sand. In walking distance from the house, you will find Øer Maritime Ferieby, where it is possible to make the daily purchases. If you are cycling on mountain bikes, you will find a 13 km long track in the area, which is divided into different levels of difficulty. The house is about a 10-minute drive from the harbor in Ebeltoft and here you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. At the harbor you will also find several good restaurants and there is always the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. In Ebeltoft town's cozy cobbled streets you will find many exciting shops with deco art as well as small cozy cafés. Here you will also find the city's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. In the area you will also find the protected hill Jernhatten, which with its 49 meters above the water, has the most beautiful view of the eastern Mols and the small island Hjelm. A visit to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland is recommended. Here you will find rides for young and old. In 2019 they got a new ride called “Tigeren“, which is a gondola with a top speed of 100 km/h.
