Interior
Well-kept holiday home in the middle of the beautiful nature. The house offers a scullery with stove and access to another kitchen with dishwasher. In connection with the kitchen you find the bright living room with exit to a lovely terrace. Two fine sleeping rooms – one with two single beds of which one is an elevation bed, and one room with bunk bed. Besides a comfortable sleep sofa for two in the living room. A nice new bath room with shower. Besides of electric heating the house has a solar collector minimizing electricity consumption.
Outdoor
The house comprises more lovely terraces with patio furniture and a nice lawn suitable for play and ball games.
Location
Boeslum Bakker is a beautiful hilly area with view to field and forest and close to a fine sandy beach. The beach has a wide grass and flower-covered beach meadow with fine white sand and clear water that gets a bit deep, yet is still a good family beach. There is a gravel road along the entire beach and plenty of space to park. The beach faces east and is therefore sheltered by the west wind. Cycling distance to the beautiful nature of Mols Bjerge National Park and the city of Ebeltoft. Visit Fregatten Jylland and Det Gamle Rådhus. Also visit the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland. In the area , close to the house, is a large playground.
