Distances:
Distances to shopping and beach are approximate distances and are stated in metres and measured in a straight line.
Deposit:
Some letters require a deposit before you can move in.
The Association of Danish Holiday House Letters
Feriepartner Denmark is a member of the Association of Danish Holiday House Letters.
Consumption:
Consumption of electricity, oil, telephone, firewood etc. is usually not included in the rent and must usually be paid at the letter when on the day of departure.
Pets:
You may only bring pets, if this is stated for the house.
Arrival and departure:
The time of arrival and departure varies from agency to agency. Please ask directly at the local Feriepartner Denmark agency.
Rental conditions:
You will find the rental conditions in the menu to the left. We must also refer to the rental conditions of the specific agencies.
Number of persons:
It is not allowed for more persons to live in the holiday home than the maximum number of persons stated in the description.
Cleaning:
The holiday home must be left clean and tidy. Cleaning at the end of your stay can be ordered. The price depends on the size of the house in m2 and whether there is a spa or a pool. Dinner set and kitchen utensils are not included in the cleaning at the end of your stay. In some holiday homes, the cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, this is stated in the description of the house.
Special discounts:
Outside the peak season, you can save a lot of money, if you use these discounts. For example, many holiday homes are available for mini holidays and 2-person discount. Information about discount possibilities, price and period is available from the specific agency.
Standard equipment:
As a minimum, all houses include: Bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.
Kitchen/family room with dinner set, kitchen utensils, cooker, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Electric heat, hot and cold water.
Furthermore, there is a terrace and garden furniture and duvets and pillows. (Bed linen, towels and tea towels must be brought or can be rented at the local Feriepartner Denmark agency).
