Complaints and reservation

Right to complain
If you, contrary to expectations, have complaints in connection with the rented house, this has to be reported in writing to the rental agency 48 hours after moving in at the latest. In case of complaints in connection with cleaning, the rental agency must be informed immediately after moving in. Otherwise, the tenant will be responsible for any defects in accordance with section 3 of the rental conditions. 

Reservations
The rental agreement can be cancelled without notice by the rental agency in case of usual force majeure conditions, such as strike etc. or other conditions that are not under the influence of the rental agency.
